1. Eligibility:

All full-time employees beyond their probationary period and not on Leave of Absence (LOA) qualify for the raffle. Priority is given to those with at least "meets expectations" performance in Q2 and Q4 if ticket demand exceeds supply.

2. Request Period:

Employees may request tickets during a specified 2-day open period. Post-deadline, a participant list is organized for the raffle.

3. Raffle & Waiting List:

Following the request period, a raffle determines ticket recipients. Unselected participants are automatically placed on a standby waiting list, potentially receiving tickets through cancellations or additional availability.

4. Ticket Allocation:

Each winner receives two tickets, intended for the employee and a guest of their choosing (e.g., family, partner, friend). The tickets remain the property of the company and are non-transferrable.

5. Mandatory Return Policy:

If winners cannot attend, they must return the tickets to Office Management for redistribution to those on the waiting list.

6. Prohibition of Transfer:

Transferring tickets to anyone, whether an employee or an external party, is strictly prohibited.

7. Special Rule for Football Games:

For football matches, a minimum of 20% of available tickets are directly distributed through the raffle. Remaining tickets are preferentially allocated to raffle participants who have not enjoyed any previous game, maximizing overall participation among all colleagues. Some games may follow other assignment criteria.
